Development history

In 2003, "Changzhou Huamei Fine Chemical Co., Ltd" was founded in Hengshanqiao Town of Changzhou city.
In 2006, "Sihong Yuecheng Fine Chemical Co., Ltd" was founded in Sihong County of Suqian City in Jiangsu Province.

In 2008, "Changzhou Huyue Chemical Co., Ltd" was founded in Xinbei District of Changzhou city.
Due to the government's policy of a non-chemical ecological county in 2017, "Sihong Yuecheng Fine Chemical Co., Ltd" was relocated to Hebin Industrial Park of Huinong District of Shizuishan City in Ningxia autonomous region in March 2017; we invested CNY 80 million yuan to establish "Ningxia Xinlitai Chemical Co., Ltd".
